How and When We Ship
We are committed to sending you the best full spectrum hemp oil products available. Our hemp oil is carefully packaged and shipped to arrive ready to use.
We are unable to ship to APO / FPO military addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time.
Once you enter a delivery address in checkout, you will see the actual shipping charge. Orders are sent via ground shipping and may take anywhere from 2-5 business days to arrive.
You will receive an email with your tracking number after the order has been fulfilled.
Shipping Damage
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 72hrs of receipt of your package. Please contact us and provide detailed information if your product was damaged during shipping at support@cannabisace.com.
Return & Refund Policy
We are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) derived from organically grown hemp. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol).
If you decide to purchase Alaska Cannabis Exchange products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days.
Please follow the guidelines below to receive a full refund less any shipping and handling charges, of any unopened product.
- Obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by emailing support@cannabisace.com.
- Ship items to the address provided by customer service when you are given your RMA.
- Provide a copy of the invoice with the returned products. Your invoice must reference the RMA and be included with the returned products and the reason for the return.
- We encourage you to add tracking when sending your unopened items back, as risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be solely by the Customer. If returned product is not received by the Alaska Cannabis Exchange no credit will be applied.
- Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.
